- Users are fully responsible for complying with those platforms terms and policies when using automation.
Use of automation tools may lead to limitations, restrictions or bans imposed by third parties, without WaioChat responsibility for such actions.
11. Suspension, governing law and updates
WaioChat may enforce these terms to protect the platform, customers and infrastructure.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice in cases of abuse, fraud, operational risk or policy violation.
